Why do you want to serve as an Expert Evaluator for the Localism Fund?

I want to serve as an Expert for the Localism Fund because this mission deeply aligns with my own path. Over the past years I’ve worked to bring Ethereum tools into real communities in Colombia and Latin America, helping people organize, fund projects, and build local resilience. I believe I can contribute by sharing that experience, supporting others doing similar work, and helping make these tools easier to use, more inclusive, and closer to the realities of local communities.

Experiences, Highlights & Evidence:

I have lead and helped ReFi Medellin the N1 grantee of ReFI DAO initial round, and leading almos all the Gitcoin Round ReFi Medellin participated, I also lead ReFi Medellin receive a RetroPGF in round 3 beeing th unique ReFi node able to do it.

I have also helped other nodes in Colombia and Advisor ReFi Colombia umbrellla itself to participate in grant rounds.

This experience among other experiences with Ethereum Medellin, Medellin Blochcain Communty, Celo Colombia, etc..
