Why do you want to serve as an Expert Evaluator for the Localism Fund?

I want to join the Localism Fund Expert Network to help connect local action with global coordination. Through my work with Celo Colombia and as part of the Celo Regional Council, I’ve been supporting education, adoption, and local finance initiatives that empower communities to use blockchain for real-world impact.

I’m also part of ReFi Medellín, where we explore regenerative projects and local credit systems built on Celo. These experiences have given me a grounded understanding of how Web3 tools like stablecoins, community governance, and grant platforms can strengthen local ecosystems.

I believe the Localism Fund offers an opportunity to bring these lessons into a broader network and help build bridges between local practitioners and Ethereum-based systems for coordination, funding, and community growth.
