Experts in the network bring proven experience across one or more of the following domains:

  1. Grant-making: Experience designing, managing, or evaluating grant programs — in Web3, philanthropy, civic, or public sectors.
  2. Web3 / Ethereum Tooling: Proficiency with Ethereum-based tools for coordination, funding, governance, or identity (e.g. Karma GAP, Gardens, Giveth, Allo, Prosperity Pass).
  3. Localism: Hands-on experience building or advising initiatives advancing political, economic, cultural, ecological, or Ethereum localism.

Collectively, this network functions as the connective tissue between global infrastructure and local action — ensuring that every Localism Fund initiative benefits from both high-level expertise and grounded community context.
