Why do you want to serve as an Expert Evaluator for the Localism Fund?

I’ve spent the last four years on the ground in Kenya and across Africa proving that Ethereum works best when it stays quiet and local.

As founder of EthSafari.xyz, I’ve connected over 1,000 African builders to real on-chain tools while keeping decision-making in village WhatsApp groups and market-square assemblies. The Localism Fund is the first program I’ve seen that explicitly funds this exact pattern at scale, and I’m eager to bring my experience to the program to help every funded hub deploy credible, community-owned grants .

My goal is to turn Ethereum into infrastructure that communities can actually control and trust.
