Why do you want to serve as an Expert Evaluator for the Localism Fund?
Having co-founded ReFi Spring and helped incubate the first cohort of ReFi DAO Local Nodes across 29 countries, I've witnessed how credible local networks can catalyze regenerative economies. My work in Brazil—from founding Blockchain na Escola to advising UNESCO-SOST Transcriativa—has shown me that localism succeeds when supported by proper funding infrastructure and expert guidance. Localism Fund's mission to make Ethereum practical infrastructure for place-based flourishing aligns perfectly with my commitment to bridging Global South communities with regenerative finance tools.
