Why do you want to serve as an Expert Evaluator for the Localism Fund?
I’m applying to join the Localism Fund Expert Network because my work sits at the intersection of Web3 infrastructure, local ecosystems, and practical software delivery. As Founder of Roxium Labs (Rosario, Argentina), I build and operate production systems for local SMEs and civic groups, e-commerce, logistics, and data platforms, while running and monitoring blockchain nodes/validators (Aztec, Ethereum testnets) and teaching reliability, metrics, and alerting to regional communities.
I can contribute in three ways:
Program design & evaluation: I’ve shipped software for real local businesses (e.g., Gorras Rosario) and led hackathon projects like FarmHero (NASA Space Apps Rosario winner 2025). I’m comfortable assessing feasibility, governance trade-offs, and impact signals for small, place-based teams.
Web3/Ethereum tooling & UX: Hands-on with wallets, Safe, Snapshot, Allo-style quadratic funding concepts, 0xSplits-like revenue flows, and reputation/badging patterns. I focus on “boring reliability”: observability, failover, and user-centric onboarding that actually works in low-resource contexts.
Localism execution: I actively connect tech with local networks (universities, SMEs, meetups). I can mentor hubs on translating mission into credible funding programs, operational metrics, and simple governance that communities can maintain.
I’m available to support Round 01 as an evaluator/mentor, offer tooling feedback, and help capture impact learning. I value the TrustGraph peer-validation model and would use the Expert Badge to compound accountability across future rounds.
