Why do you want to serve as an Expert Evaluator for the Localism Fund?

I am passionate about decentralization and empowering end users and local communities through innovative technologies. I would like to contribute my 3+ years of experience evaluating and managing Web3 projects focused on social impact and sustainability. Building systems that enable people in need to improve their lives is a mission I’m deeply committed to, and participating in the Localism Fund would be a meaningful way to advance that mission.

During my work in the Web3 for Good space, I’ve developed expertise in ReFi, decentralized identity, governance, and sustainability, with a strong understanding of the importance of involving local communities in such initiatives. As Lead Project Manager for a grant giving and VC Association, I evaluated, onboarded, and managed projects from inception to delivery. I’m eager to put this experience to work for the Localism Fund, helping assess project quality and guide grantees toward successful outcomes that create genuine, lasting impact.

Experiences, Highlights & Evidence:

Throughout my career, I’ve been closely involved in grant-making and project evaluation processes within the Web3 for sustainability and social impact space. As Lead Project Manager at The Hashgraph Association, I was responsible for evaluating and onboarding projects applying for funding under various grant programs. This included conducting due diligence, assessing technical feasibility and alignment with program objectives, and monitoring progress from approval through to delivery.

This experience has given me a deep understanding of how to identify high-potential initiatives, mitigate risks early, and provide ongoing strategic guidance to help grantees succeed.
