Experiences, Highlights & Evidence:

I mainly gained experience on Grants at Near Protocol as Ecosystem Growth Partner. Where my project and I were responsible for deploying the anual budget oriented on KPI and quality on-boarding. I assisted on the design and management of builders-focus events, workshops, boot camps and conferences in different countries/cities: Lisbon, London, Dubai, Kyiv Ukraine, Istanbul, and Mexico.Where I learn to track deliveries, design, manage and operate KPI-oriented grants into the programs of the Near Foundation. This was from Nov 2021 to Jan 2023.

I personally have participated in dozens of programs at different ecosystems, Polkadot, Filecoin, Solana, Near, Ethereum, Celo.

I have participated on 40+ hackathons, online and IRL at different cities and at different platforms. Eth Lisbon, Eth London, Eth Thailand, Eth Istanbul, Eth Arabia, Eth Dubai, Near Hack Ukraine, Gryzzlython, Hacker Houses, Pre-Bull market development programs. Devpost, Dorahacks, Taikai, Devfolio and more. Always with a constructive and analytic eye.
