Why do you want to serve as an Expert Evaluator for the Localism Fund?

I've spent the past four years documenting and supporting projects at the intersection of Ethereum, coordination, and real-world impact, from Funding the Commons to Crypto Altruists. I believe the next step for Ethereum lies in grounded, locally-led, empowered ecosystems that translate the technical innovation of the past decade or so into tangible community outcomes. That's why joining the Expert Network feels exciting to me; I want to find ways to contribute to this evolution, whether it's through evaluation, mentorship, or any other way that strengthens local initiatives.

Experiences, Highlights & Evidence:

I’ve participated in several grant and funding processes across Web3 impact ecosystems. My experience includes writing proposals and securing funding through platforms such as Gitcoin, Giveth, and Octant, as well as assisting with capital allocation for Funding the Commons and related community rounds. I was part of the Topl Builder Program, where I helped evaluate and select around 25 projects, gaining direct experience with rubric-based assessment. I also helped design and apply an impact evaluation framework for ReFi MedellĆn, used to track local outcomes and community growth. I’m currently part of the GoodDollar Governance Committee, where I was selected to help revise the GoodDAO governance process.
